Really good service amidst fine views.

It has particularly good and fab location a short walk to The United Nations.

We had an comfortable stay at this hotel.

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a good area, very close to the hospital, major metro lines and good restaurants. Polite, courteous staff, we loved them all. The continental breakfast was marvellous, had plenty of options.

Would recommend for a fleeting pause

Spacious room, great view, the gym offered amazing sights of the skyline, and with the hotel only a 10-minute walk from Grand Central, accessing the rest of the city was easy.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was unbeatable and just next door to Grand Central Terminal, Manhattan. Beautiful building and rooms with cozy decoration.

Thank you everyone for a VERY GOOD stay for a business trip. Everyone was caring and helped us with luggage. The location was brilliant, within walking distance of Clock. This place was perfect for what we needed, would recommend.

Herman in the cafe always greeted me with a smile. It's nice to feel recognized after traveling alone from New York. The location near various attractions added to the ease of exploring the area.

I found the lack of complimentary water in the room surprising.

Wonderful location and good views. The beds were ridiculously comfortable.

I found the reception desk quite rude and unapproachable. They seemed unwilling to be friendly or helpful. The first room we stayed in was smoking against our wishes and was noticably dirty in the bathroom. Fortunately 2nd room had been update and was much cleaner.

The location is perfect to experience New York. From the room we had a fantastic view of the Eastriver up to Downtown and Midtown. Our room was great and from the bed we had a clear view of the Empire State and Chrysler Building.

The location was excellent for business, just steps away from the UN headquarters and close to public transport. The room on the 32nd floor offered fine views and was well-maintained. The staff displayed professionalism throughout my stay, assisting efficiently with my requests.

There was a minor delay at check-in that could have been smoother.
